It looks like we are returning to more bearable temperatures now. Classes will resume as normal wearing our Doboks. We will be stopping regularly for fluid breaks so Please bring along plenty to drink and keep you hydrated during class!

We will hold pre grading during normal class times on Monday 30th and Wednesday 1st June, if you are away for half term we can run you through a pre grade the following week. The grading will start with white belts through to green tags, once they have been examined we will continue with the green belts and above. Please ask the Black Belt teaching team if there is anything specifically you want more practice on in the run up to the grading. You are invited to take part in the upcoming TAGB Welsh championships which will be held at Cardiff Metropolitan University, National Indoor Athletics Centre on Sunday 22nd May. All the information you need is in the competitor pack here. all application forms and fees MUST be with me before Monday 4th May. As the Campus is closed today there are no classes on tonight.
