Tigers is a children's Tae Kwon Do club for younger children, aged five to nine years old. It offers exciting energetic activities that put the fun back into physical fitness!

Tigers' activities include fun and games through the popular martial art of Tae Kwon Do keeping the children motivated and having fun.

Our Tigers program will enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way, helping your child to focus, and giving them skills to achieve any goal they set in life.
Based around fun our sessions are designed to fit around the educational needs of younger children. There are many benefits of training to include teaching the children their left from their right, good balance, co-ordination, team skills and social skills and to have a positive mental attitude.

CO-ORDINATION Your children will learn left from right. They will become better physical participants in sports and activities. The better co-ordination your children have, the fewer injuries your child will sustain.

CONTROL Having good control means making good decisions. Whether your child is handling a pet or managing a problem, they will learn to make the right decisions. Control builds confidence.
