9th Dan Grand Master for TAGB Chairman

Master Dave Oliver, the TAGB Chairman and present Chairman of the BTC has been promoted the rank of 9th Dan Grand Master, by one of TaeKwonDo's founding pioneers, Grand Master CK Choi, at the European Championships in Davos Switzerland.
